scrambled eggs (that actually taste good!)

ingredients= (serves 3 people)
one fourth of a small onion
4 eggs
one fourth a bell pepper
sausage (optional)
jalapeno peppers (optional)
shredded extra sharp chedder cheese.

cut up the vegetables and the jalapeno (if you want) saute the onion and bell pepper with a little olive oil. (in a medium size pan). once the onion is a goldenish color, and looks like its sort of cooked, lay the vegetables on some paper towel.
Then crack your eggs into a small bowl. Stir them up until it is just like a yellowish color all over, instead of two different things, (the white and yolk.) Once its stirred up, make sure your pan is still a little hot, and then poor in the egg. Immediately, begin to stir the egg with a fork. Scrape along the sides of the pan, and the bottom, and so on. In order to stir it completely without burning, turn the heat off. Add the cheese, and vegetables, (and already cooked, and ground sausage if you want) and then turn the heat back on low, and stir everything. Once cooked to your preference, (i like mine to not be wet, but not to dry.) turn of the heat, give it one final stir, and then serve it onto the plate.
i particularly like my eggs with toast, and coffee, and maybe bacon. :)
enjoy!

Peppermint Coffee

Easy minty Christmas coffee! :)
all you need is=
peppermints
coffee
something to smash peppermints with.

all you have to do is=
before you make your coffee, crush some peppermint--if you are making a full pot, just do--say maybe 2 teaspoons.. just whatever you think looks right. you can try it, and if its to anything, just change it a little as to how you think it should be.
then, you put put your coffee grounds into the basket, you put the water into the water part, then you put the smashed peppermint on top of the coffee grounds. (in that little baskety thingie)
then you turn it on!
then, you enjoy!

Very Very Interesting Sandwich

so, i was home alone and desperate to eat some lunch, so i did a very strange mixture of foods..
i found it quite delicious!
ingredients=
two potatoe cakes (the kind that comes frozen and rectangular)
one fourth an avacodo
two slices cheddar cheese
one half a slice of romaine lettuce
instructions=
cook the potatoe cakes on a paper towel in the microwave for about three minutes, maybe four.. but really until it is looks good and isn't cold in the middle.
lay out the romaine on one of the cakes
lay out the chedder cheese ontop
and ontop of that lay out the avacodo.* then lay the other potatoe cake ontop to have a lovely sandwich. i would suggest wrapping it all up in some wax paper so that when you takea bite it won't explode on you. (this happens to me sometimes)
anyways folks, i thought it was quite delicious! SO TRY IT! you will be impressed.
*if you don't like avacodos, then you could leave it off.. but i will warn you, it is hardly as good, and also, you won't be able to taste it to much.. it just adds a little sweetness. :P

A simple salad...

1/2 a head of iceburg lettuce
2 avacodos
2 tomatoes
one cucumber
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic
balsamic viniger
lemon juice
mustard powder
tear up the iceburg lettuce into a big bowl, and then get some scissors and make it even smaller. peal and slice the avacodos. slice the tomatoes in little chunks. peal the cucumner, and slice it. put everything into the bowl. put about a tablespoon of olive oil into the bowl, a dash or two of salt, a bunch of pepper, some shakes of dried garlic, and some balsamic viniger. put about a dash of mustard powder.. and a teaspoon or tablespoon of lemon juice. this is all.. depending on what you like. you can leave out anything you want.. wel.. i guess you could remove the lettuce.. it would be more concentrated..! =P i think that should be good

yummy picnicish wraps

1. a tortilla wrap (or lots if your making it for more than one person)
2. half an avacodo sliced
3. five black olives
4. a tad of mustard
5. just a tiny bit of onion
6. a bit of cream cheese (to spread on wrap)
7. salt and pepper (if you want)
8. and also some deli meat if you want that too!

spread out the tortilla wrap flat on the counter on top of some wax paper. spread the cream cheese over the wrap. if you choose deli meat, spread out a thin peice over the tortilla. then clumped on one side, put the sliced avacodos and sliced black olives. then add some extremely finely chopped onion...and put some mustard in different places kind of spread out. :-) wrap up the tortilla. then wrap the wax paper on top, and if you want slice it down the middle and put it in a picnic basket. XD
FYI= you can always add more stuff. add anything you want. sliced tomatoes...lettuce..anything you like. :p

this is random

ok. i did this randomly, so if you are in for a surprise and your feeling chocolaty, try this!
ingredients
1. coco powder (a bunch.. put it in the blender to taste)
2. dates or raisens (or both) and again.. just put in the amount you think would be good.
3. pecans... (this would probobly be about.. maybe a cup..
4. honey

ok. now you put all this in the blender. once it is well blended..(without pecan pieces and stuff) taste it. if its not chocolaty enough, add more chocolate... if its not thick enough, add pecans... if its not sweet or goooy enough add honey and raisens.
taste it again! its yummy! (and i suppose techinacally you could serve it at tea..)
